Thistle & Poppy is a children's boutique on 15th Avenue East, the quieter shopping street on the east side of Capitol Hill. It describes what it carries as being for kids and grown ups alike, so it is not strictly a children's-only rail.
It opened on the Hill and was written up in Seattle's Child when it did. Open six days a week — closed Tuesdays — and it runs shorter afternoons than most, shutting at five.
